A South Bay resident since 2000 and a proud graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics, TJ brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong analytical background to every transaction.
 
TJ began his real estate career in 2007, helping clients lease and sell homes throughout the South Bay. In 2012, he launched Powers Realty with a commitment to providing personalized, high-quality service rooted in local expertise. Since then, the firm has sold hundreds of homes, leased countless properties, and grown to include a thriving property management division.
