For Landlords:

Powers Realty will do all of the heavy lifting and you will get a qualified tenant at the price you want. We pride ourselves on the landlord resting easy at night knowing they have secured a great tenant in the quickest amount of time. We will do the following and more:

• Advise you on the current rental price of your property.
• Take professional pictures and videos.
• Advertise on all major websites (including the MLS) and install signage.
• Take all calls, schedule appointments to show the property daily, and hold open houses.
• Review all applications, bank statements, and run complete credit reports.
• Verify employment, previous landlords, and references.
• YOU pick the tenant.
• Write up the lease and addendums.
• Secure cashier's check for move in costs.

Our commission is 5% of the yearly rental income, which comes to roughly a half months rent.
